Question: Hello everyone.
We recently decided to test Symantec 10.0.1 Corporate for our networks and have realized on all of our machines on our .85 subnet when we schedule live update, a process called LUALL.exe shows up, hogs 99% of the CPU and never dies.
An Administrator cannot kill the process.
The same software on our .78 subnet runs fine when scheduled.
Our firewalls are very complex and have many port blocked, some unblocked and each different for separate subnet.
I came to the conclusion that a port was blocking Live Update on the .85 subnet in this new version and not the old.
Does anyone know what port I should be looking at?
