Error - View Single Post - Brightstor ARCserve 11.5 error "failed to create empty document"

Question: This is really weird, when I access the Manager of Brightstor ARCserve 11.5 from the server it is working perfect, but when I am trying to access it from Terminal Server in the same server is returning me the error "failed to create empty document" and it does not open.
