Error - View Single Post - How to lock (not physical) the laptop

I bought a new laptop which has 'Windows XP Pro - Serv Pack 2'.

As per my understanding, with XP Pro it should be possible for me to lock the laptop - basically password protect it. I guess there should be a LOCK symbol in TASKBAR & by clicking on it, the laptop gets password protected/locked.

I'm not able to see that LOCK symbol on the TASKBAR. Can you please let me know how to activate this feature.
