I am looking for some backup software to backup an entire windows machine to an external hard drive (with USB2 interface).
The software must backup the entire drive, and provide a boot cd or the likes to restore the image. I would also like to be able to restore individual files from the image if need be.
The software must be able to deal with windows open file / locks. Preferably while windows is running (if this is possible).
Please do not reply unless you have used the software you are about to recommend. Also please let me know of the features you like the best, and dislike the most.
