Yes, you can uninstall Office and then reinstall it, just go to >control panel >add & remove programs, locate MS Office version you are using and remove it, then put the cd in and reinstall it, when it comes to the point of asking where to put it, just change the default location to D drive and wherever you want to put it there, like : D\program files\MS Office. This is your easiest solution, but still doesn't leave you with a lot of space on your cd drive.

No, you cannot move it to D drive, this won't work. Unless you get some sort of 3rd party application mover. No suggestions there.

Yes, and this is the best option. I am fond of Partition Magic. It allows you to manipulate all the partitions, create new ones, and resize old ones.
