...no offense dude...but you need more RAM if you wanna run XP!How fast are your HDDs,XP must be swapin like mad with the amount of RAM you have man!XP uses from the start about 128M RAM not to mention all the bells and whistles you have enabled if at all!
...get back to me with your settings for XP and I mean all your settings(services also)so I can tell you what you need to do to get Quake to work!...that game has given me more headaches than my girlfriend can ever wish to!I'm a hardcore gamer...I can give you the specs of my Rig and you will get what I'm talking about...trust me man!
