First of all, you don't wanna go in there, that game is gay, any game which requires 3 headshots in a 3rd person invoriment is just in leage with the devil, I suggest copy your saved game. Reinstall the game, and try again.
BTW you will want to go get some guns before entering there. I deleted the game after I entered that building, pissed me off too much.
