I have a user that is using a Dell Laptop and is getting the blue screen of death. I've done some research and the stop error they are getting is: 0x000009c, from what i've read this is a result of a bad block on the hard drive. Is there a utility or some sort of way of repairing this bad block. I'd like to see if I can fix it before I just flat out buy a new hard drive for it.
