Anti virus Norton 2006

Norton AV has detected a virus archi.dll but cannot quarantine or delete it, symptoms are, the PC is running very very slowly. Spybot and Xoftspy have also been run and although they have found numerous Malware/spyware they do not detect this one.

All three programs have been run in Safe Mode but still unable to remove archi. When I look at the processes running, services.exe is top of the list at 98-100% CPU time. cannot find archi.exe orarchi.dll when I do a search.

Any ideas what to do next.
