Error - View Single Post - Large outlook.pst file will not defragment

I have an outlook.pst file in Outlook 2000, Win XP, which will not deframent. Even in Safe Mode the file will not defrag when using the defragmentation utility. The file is 845 MB with 1013 fragments. The volumn size is 47.24 GB with a free space of 10.04 GB. How can I get the file to degrag?
