I don't know what *your* definition of IS is, but if it is related to computers and internet anyhow, and you did not understand what others wrote about tunneling in their suggestions here, please stop wasting bandwith with your comments in this question.
Probably you open your own question to ask "how to tunnel thisandthat through any firwall and/or proxy", might enlight some minds, even those claiming to deal with computers since the times of 8080 (or z80)

BTW, check the links in my very first suggestion here, to get an idea about tunneling (in this context) ..
