Question: I recently applied the Microsoft DST 2007 patch to our Exchange server and Blackberry. After doing this, I reliazed that the send as function had died and users have not been able to send recieve email. As a result, I added this back. However, there are still some users reporting issues. Is there an tool out there that can be ran on the Black Berry server to determine which users still need assistance? If so, I am looking for it and documentation on how to use it to report users still affected. I am giving this issue a high point raiting because of complexitiity and urgency of need.
