Yes though its a bit of a cludge
1. Run the Installer Program (AdbeRdr80_en_US.exe).
2. When asked "Do you want to run this file" DONT Click anything Open windows Search and locate acroread.msi (it will be in a folder called Adobe Reader 8.0 )
3. Copy the Adobe Reader 8.0 folder to your Desktop.
4. At the original "Do You want to run this file" Dialog box Click Cancel > OK.
5. Now deplot acroread.msi via group policy.
