Error - View Single Post - Promise RAID controller ---"error loading ftutil2.dll" in win XP pro

every time I log into my XP which pop out an error windows show

"error loading ftutil2.dll"

"The specified module could not be found, so, can I just delete this dll from my system 32 files folders?

how do I resolve this problem?
