Question: I have a user who was trying to install the Cisco VPN client, during the install, he had a power outage. Now, whenever trying to install anything, he is being prompted that another installation is already running.
I have checked in processes and see no installer to end and no application is running.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to end whatever is running?
