No setup disc came with the Blue tooth any chance you made a backup of the original drivers from the previous windows.
Microsoft recommends NEVER forcing an XP driver into the Vista operating
system! so your options are:
1. Get a Vista driver from the manufacturer
2. Install a "compatible" driver from the Vista driver library
3. Purchase Vista ready components instead of the ones that donÂ´t work (in
case there is no support and you can not wait for support)

If it is compatible windows shoudl find the drivers auotmatically.
Borrowed from Bluetooth
Tested the latest Toshiba Bluetooth stack with Skype on Vista and it works without any problems. Just install the stack and Skype and configure your headset via the BT-settings Express Mode. That is all. Ensure that your microphone is not muted.
