Default Vista Network Neighbourhood

I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit Edition

I connected to my wi-fi home hub for the first time last night, I'm using WPA (TKIP) with its own registered PC's only policy which means I have to click 'search for new wi-fi devices' before any new computers can connect with my WPA key . so as far as I'm aware I'm quite secure however ..

When browsing "network" on my new vista machine I could see my HUB , My machine and another computer ... I quite sure its my neighbours machine (who has an Open wi-fi connection with no security)

Is it possible for Vitsa to look at this open network even though I wa connected to my own secure wi-fi ??
