Error - View Single Post - winword.exe-Application Error

after I have installed microsoft office on a new hp compaq p4, I then recieve the following message as I try to work on my office.

The application failed to intialize properly (0*c0150002).

I have installed and reinstaled the office but I continue having the same error.
