Error - View Single Post - Outlook Webmail - Not loading

We use an exchage server for our email and some staff members access this remotely using the Outlook webmail.
One member is having problems using it. They tell me that when they go to forward an email or the likes they can't put anything into the body of the email as there is a small red x displaying. It is on a new machine with Windows Vista.

I remember on some other machines when accessing it, it would have asked you to install something. But this is not the case?
Any idea's what the problem is or what the component that would have been installed on these other machines?
