My system currently has 2gb DDR2 PC4200 ram on it with 2 1gb chips. I have 2 512mb DDR2 PC4200 chips that I want to install, increasing it to 3gb. I have heard however that if all my RAM chips aren't the same that I will actually lost performance. I am running Windows Vista.
