Error - View Single Post - nteractive logon process initialization has failed

Question: My client has the following brand new pc: Acer Aspire T180 Computer System AMD Sempron 3200 80GB 512MB DVD/RW Windows Vista Home Basic
After 1 week of flawless operation, it now displays a black screen and "interactive logon process initialization has failed" when you turn it on. Nothing will get past this error.
Any ideas?
