This is my Custom made Tutorial, according to my 1 year experience being with Adsense..

You have to Save your Site from Invalid Clicks or Spam Attacks... You can install Ad logger to prevent invalid clicks
You can install any security shield to your site, to prevent spam attack..
Don't ask for Clicks from anyone, if google found many clicks from one IP address then your account can be FLAGGED.
Maintain your CTR % less than 10%
