Smile IE error 0x74985c91... help!!!



I hope someone can help me because Norton could not. We just renewed and upgraded our Norton Internet Security; since doing so yesterday; whenever I close Internet explored it give me the error: IE error 0x74985c91 and says something about the memory and that a file could not be read so it will close the browser. I say ok; the error appears again and it I am out of Internet Explorer. I do not know what happened when we installed the new Norton. I was on the live chat with them and they could not help me and of course sent me off to call the provider.
I had Norton before and never had a problem until yesterday. Has anyone had this problem before? How do I solve it.. it is very annoying!!

weimboyz, have you gotten any help? I also updated my Norton and have the same problem now.

Hello; No I wasnt' able to fix the problem. Contacted Norton via chat and they tried to fix my issue 3 times. So after the 3rd person couldn't help me (which issue had been escalated to a midlevel technician) I asked for a refund. I removed the entire Norton System (you have to go to a special remove tool) from my computer and got my refund about 2 days later. I now use McAfee and have had NO issues what so ever. I also notice that McAfee is faster on email... for somereason it took a few more seconds from Norton (symantec) to download my email.
