winword.exe-Application Error

after I have installed microsoft office on a new hp compaq p4, I then recieve the following message as I try to work on my office.

The application failed to intialize properly (0*c0150002).

I have installed and reinstaled the office but I continue having the same error.

Uninstall the Office Suite and delete C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\. Make sure that you backup any email and word documents first. Reboot and then re-install. Voila it should work. The problem is caused by corrupt DLLs in the Microsoft Office directory. If it does not work repeat the steps and then run Regmedic ot RegCleaner before the re-install.
