slow laptop

I have a dell laptop and it is very slow but has a good processor and ram. what do I do. I have deleted cookies and files but still the problem is there. I went on to fregment the hard disk and check for viruses but its not perfoming. could there be a problem with Norton Antivivirus

well I suggest you switch to Avira Antivirus. . I have experienced that also that my laptop begins to slow in loading and performing task. . My friend told me to try Avira,and so amazing all virus were detected. .

From the start my laptop is working fine but now when it loads it soooooo slow.
I have Avira as my anti virus and I'm always up to with it.I defrag also my laptop.
What's wrong with my laptop.

sEasily remove and save emails and/or attachments in Outlook.
