For infinite health, use the DOS utility DEBUG.
First backup your game to be
edited, then type the following from the DOS prompt:

For the CGA version of the game, type:
ren wibarm.cga cheater.cht
debug cheater.cht
e 6880 e8 3 c6 6 a3 f4 0 eb
Then type: w
q

For the EGA version of this game, type:

ren wibarm.ega cheater.cht
debug cheater.cht
e 6c26 e8 3 c6 6 a3 f4 0 eb
Then type: w
q

Then rename CHEATER.CHT back to its previous name.
