Never before has every aspect of nautical combat been so faithfully reproduced, from advanced sailing tactics to the handling of your crew. With extreme attention to detail, you will feel as if you are in one of the many historical nautical battles from 1775 - 1820 this game is so richly based on!

Each single player battle recreates an actual historical battle from this timeframe. In the single-player games, players may choose from more than 75 historical sea battles covering 11 nations, as well as 21 single-player naval engagements!

When you begin this game you will have the choice of one of three nations: US, British, or Privateer. You will also choose one of three scenarios; each will have it's own set of objectives and engagements threaded nicely together with a common plot for all three.

You will begin your campaign with a small wooden fleet, and an even smaller wallet. Through strategic battles, where you earn honors and gold, you can build up your fleet to command even higher rankings and rewards.

Perhaps the most exciting element of Age of Sails II is the ability to have great multiplayer battles of up to 16 people! Load the canons for the enemy ships await you on the horizon!
