Would anyone be kind enough to visit my website & provide me feedback on why customers are not buying from my site, is it not customer friendly or perhaps there is not enough info?

You're site is fine, but I think that the right people never made the way to your site.

You don't know which people are visiting your site, because there are a lot of people that have no interest in what you sell.

You just need to make sure the right people are coming to your site, using the right SEO keywords, advertising on the right places, ....
