Internet Explorer Ot Working Half The Time.

my internet explorer keeps not working. It keeps saying "this page cannot be displayed"
I know its not my internet service.

I do a ping and everything works fine in CMD.

The only way I can get the browser to display a site is to do an ipconfig and refresh it.

Why is this happening??????

You can try and run the IE Winsock fix to see if this fixes your problem.
