Is there a catch to this hosting plan?

Okay i want internet hosting so I can access files anywhere. On ebay they have unlimited space, etc for 9.95 a year, is there a catch to this. Like are are they going to charge me alot for a second year?

yap they do..there will be lot of hidden charges
