Erratic Scroll Bar virus?
I have an XPP machine reported to behave as such: When a program is opened that has a scroll bar, the page scrolls up and down erratically and uncontrollably. When trying to grab hold of the scroll bar, it whisks right through and continues the behavior. Anyone have any ideas? |
