On all three LCDs. the text is blurry. Not horrible, but not crisp either. I've got a gold-plated digital cable connecting the monitor to the PC (DYNEX DVI Cable - purchased at Best Buy). The video card is new and is a GeForce 6200, though I don't think its making a noticable improvement over the older card, which I think was a GeForce 5200. Both use nVidia chipsets. Resolution is set correctly. I turned off the virus scan when installing and unistalling the drivers. All drivers are up to date. Am I simply having bad luck with monitors or is there a solution I should try? |

It doesn't hurt to try it though. Right click on empty space on desktop > Appearance > Effects > Checkmark the second box if it it isn't already checkmarked > Select or ClearType or Standard from the menu. Try all three settings. |
