Backup exec access is denied

I am running Windows SBS 2003 with Symantec Backup Exec 11 and I am getting the following error:

It only appears to be failing on the D: drive.
I ran the resource credentials test and everything was ok. I am the schema/domain/admin for the domain, so I can't imagine how this could be a permissions issue.

Services, whether for BE or others, should if possible always run under the system account. The main reason being that as a service they need to start automatically. If they run under a user account they need to know the password of that user to start.
