Default Acronis True Image Vs. Symantec Backup Exec. 11d

Hello,
I would like to purchase a backup software for my network environment. I'm not sure which to buy because I'm confused. Please help me choose which is appropriate. I'm checking out Acronis True Image which has function to backup and Symantec backup exec. 11d. I'm not sure which product is better. I also confused is Symantec backup exec. 11d and Veritas Backup exec. 10 the same products but different version or these are totally different brand? Please advise...my requirements are below.

1. All server are windows 2003 familie
2. Will be using File, SQL, Web, and MS Exchange server
3. Will be using partial backup to an external HDD connected to each servers and partial will backup offsite via 512Kbps upload using VPN.

If you have any suggestions please feel free to recommend if there is any software better than these two.

Damn I didn't mean to sound like a salesman, I've used Veritas Arcserv and Legatto in the past, I've just been impressed by Acronis so far. Now I'm pretty certain there is a continual backup option (I read something about it but I've not tried it). I've no idea how much Double Take is, Acronis is about 999 of your earth dollars (I'm a Brit) and I'm pretty certain there is a volume scheme.

As to if Acronis will backup across the VPN sure it will, assuming no network problems :-). There is a free trial of Acronis Backup software for data backup and disaster recovery in Windows and Linux - Acronis better still you can ask someone more detailed questions there as well, they have a IM Chat thingy..

Isn't Double take something you use in conjuntion with other backup software, not used it so I could be talking Bollo.
