Need assistance with setting up Backup Exec 11d for Small Buisness Server 2003

Question: I need some assistance with setting up Backup Exec, I have really never set this up before. I have Dell PowerEdge 840 Server with a built in tape drive running SBS 2003R2 with exchange configured. I have installed the software with no reported errors, I would like to set up rotation maybe full backup done on Fridays and differntials Mon-Thurs.

I have ran the wizard and setup two different jobs JOB1(full backup scheduled to run every Friday at 8pm), JOB2(Differential Mon-Thurs at 8pm). I get confused when it ask me about overwriting the data. I have 5 LTO 2 tapes 200GB native and 400GB compressed.

When I run a test run on these jobs its gives me an error message of 0xe0008703:

Media CheckOnline media check : Insufficient online or nearline media is available to start job.Overwrite media check: There is no media online or nearline that can be overwritten or the job has been marked append/terminate.Media check status : Failed

Also how do I introduce the tapes into the application.

FYI, with that scenario, each tape would hold about 3 or 4 full backups, so essentially you would have 10 or so to pick from if needed.
