Outlook Web Access Hanging on "loading"

Question: SBS 2003 standard SP1 Fully updated (windows update)

After logging into OWA the inbox hangs on "loading" and stays there indeffinatly. This happens with any user both from the local lan or from the internet.

Does this happen on different browsers, e.g. IE6, IE7, Firefox?
