Default Windows doesn´t boot anymore after installing OpenSuse 10.3

Question: Hello,
after resizing my NTFS partition with Gparted and Knoppix and installing OpenSuse, I can´t boot into windows anymore.
At first, GRUB halted with a message like this:

chainloader (hd0,0)+1

After a lot of trying and cursing, I got the following message out of it:

root (hd 0,0)
Filesystem type unknown, partition type 0x7
chainloader +1

The error corresponds with this article: http://en.opensuse.org/SDB%3AWindows_No_Longer_Boots_Following_the_Installation_of_SUSE_LINUX_9.1

The article however, explicitly states the article only to be applied to Suse 9.1, so I don´t have much to go on and am out of ideas.
I have also searched my BIOS and Motherboard manual (Asus A8N-SLI) for ¨LBA¨, but couldn´t find anything clear.

Can anyone help me?

I don´t think the resizing was the problem, because I can still mount the partition and access my data.

If you manage to get grub working again via Knoppix then try this:
---
title Windows XP
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
