I thinking how can I solve the error option

I recently installed kubuntu. Wanted to change the path to home and used some graphical utility to do that. Everything went fine untill restart.
X wouldn't go up, because permissions issues with the new home

What was the error exactly? It's hard to tell exactly what the problem is without it. If it's a permission error then it would need fixing with either chmod / chown, but hard to say which is more suitable without more info.
