How to replace the CD-ROM drive on an iBook G4

Question: I have an iBook G4 w/ 1.42 GHz PowerPC G4, Tiger 10.4.8. I want a superdrive (DVD burner for my Mactop) to replace my barely functional CD-RW/DVD reader. I'm looking at buying from this company MCE 8X DVD±R/RW "SuperDrive" Upgrade for iBook G4 .

1. Does anyone have any experience with this company, Superdrives in general, or recommendations on good deals that work well?

2. I need some well documented steps (preferably something with plenty of photos) on how to replace a CD-ROM drive on my model laptop.

Here is a take apart guide with pictures to replace the hard drive. I suspect the procedure is much the same for the CD drive (which I believe is the part with the yellow label in picture 41) and it doesn't look easy:
