I have recently installed Office 2007 on an XP pro pc.
My question relates to printing the calendar in Monthly View.
I would like to print in Portrait format.
If I print in landscape format, some of the daily appointments do not show up (the ones later in the day) ie, the appointments for early in the day will show up, but after I have about 3 or 4 appointments listed on a day, the "lower" ones will not print or show in print preview. The times of the appointments that DO show up will display.
If I print in portrait format, all of the daily appointments will show up, however the time will not display.
I would like to print in portrait format and have the times display and print.

Outlook (by itself) does not wrap text when printing. You might want to check out this calendar printing template from:
