Default Missing .OST file in Outlook 2003

I used NTBackup to backup an old computer then put that backup on a new computer everything is working good, except when I open Outlook 2003 I get a pop-up message:

---------------------------
Microsoft Office Outlook
---------------------------
Outlook is using an old copy of your Offline Folder file (.ost). Exit Outlook, delete the .ost file, and restart Outlook. A new file will be automatically created the next time you initiate a send/receive.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

When I go to: C:\Documents and Settings\yournamehere\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
there is no .OST file.

How can I fix this problem?

OST file is located in C:\Documents and Settings\yournamehere\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder. It is a hidden file, so you have to unhide hidden files to see it. Open Windows Explorer folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.

Try-how to open ost file in outlook, our personal information will be lost, because Microsoft Exchange Server cannot read from old *.ost files, when an account is recreated. In this case, *.ost file should be recreated too, have a possibility to open ost file in Outlook 2003 and recover your data from these encrypted *.ost files, program is very easy to use, when you open ost file in new account, there are two recovery options, first of all, you can move your *.ost file to a *.pst file, the last one can be easily opened by Microsoft Outlook or any other compatible email client.
