Clear categories on mail (recommended) (client-only)

Question: Outlook 2003 with an Exchange account and some POP3. Out of the blue a new rule has appeared with the description : Clear categories on mail (recommended) (client-only) and it can not be edited or delted.

Any ideas?

I thought you may see it OWA if you click the Rules button.

Try this:
Click the Start button and select run.
Type in Outlook.exe /cleanclientrules

You may have to enter in the entire path. Keep the quotes:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /cleanclientrules

Note: this will get ride of all of his rules.
