deleting a name from auto fill in on "to" field

when ever I type a name in the "to" field before I send an email, Outlook tries to resolve that name and fills it out for me. I know this is cache in since this does not happen on my first day. There are couple of names that I don't use any more, and I don't want Outlook to auto resolve these names. I don't want to reinstall my Outlook or reset all of my Outlook settings. I just want to clear the cache for the "auto fill in names" is there a way?
