How to change the rules from "For other machine" to "For this machine"

I reinstalled my OS but before doing it, I backed up my outlook 2003 PST. After Outlook 2003 was reinstalled and copied the backed PST file to the right location, 12 of 14 rules I had configured appear now as "For other machine". I don't know why 2 rules did appear correctly, but I want the others to be assigned correctly to this machine so that they will continue working.

Is there a way to do this for all rules at once?

You should export your rules first.
Open your rules and click the Options button
Click on export.
This will export your rules to a .rwz file.

On the other computer go to the Rules and Alerts ~ Options and import.

You must have copied the .rwz file directly without exporting them. This is why the rules are still configured for the other maching.
