Outlook 2007 will not connect to Exchange 2003 SP2 after vista upgrade.

Outlook 2007 will not connect to Exchange 2003 after clean install of Vista Business and Office Enterprise 2007 install. I am repeatedly asked to authenticate and eventually, I get a logon failure error. I had previously conencted with the release of Outlook 2007 on Vista RC1 with no problems. After rebuilding with the release of Vista, no go. I even removed office 2007 and went back to office 2003 and it was fine, did an in place upgrade and same problem occurs

Is the time and time zone correct on the Vista machine?
If so I would suggest dropping the machine in to a work group, rebooting it and then deleting the account from the domain. Wait for the change to replicate and then put the machine back in the domain
