"I have multiple individuals that share calendars in Outlook. I can't figure out how to have the shared calendars and also a public calendar appear automatically when I start Outlook. My calendar always starts, and then I have to check the boxes for the other calendars that I want to open. Can you help me?" Unfortunately, Outlook 2003 doesn't offer a method to retain this setting and since the Navigation pane is not programmable, you can't control it using code. Because it's such a popular request, we expect to see this changed in future versions of Outlook. A tip from Wayne Hulls: Use a free utility such as AutoIt to automatically 'enter' the required keystrokes the open these other calendars |
