Printing Part of a Message
A common question is: How do I print any given page of an email which has arrived in my inbox?
If the message is HTML, Outlook uses IE's print features and you can choose which pages to print. If the message is not HTML, you can convert it to HTML (Open the message, click Edit, Edit Message, then use the Format, HTML menu to convert it to HTML.
If you don't want to convert it to HTML, you can print to a digital format, such as with the Microsoft Office Document Imager in Outlook 2002/2003, and then print from the digital image.
Another option is to choose Forward and print, then close the Forward.
This works good if you also need to remove the names of people the message was sent to, or to include comments or attachment information.
