Default First Monthly Patch of 2007

Microsoft’s January patches are now out. The update includes three critical patches that fix flaws in Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. All of these allow remote code execution and can be used as a vector for virus or trojan attacks.
At the moment, anti-virus vendors such as f-secure haven’t seen malware taking advantage of these vulnerabilities.
Start the year right, patch now!

thanks Anilrgowda

the thing is hackers and others that want to do damage to your system (if they really want to) can even without all this

no matter how many times microsoft finds holes to plug up there is another one

is this the dam picture where the more fingers you put in the wall to stop it leaking there will always be another one opening, is it just me or is microcrap really helping to fix its own faults that IT makes in the first place

I stay with a good OS and try and keep it clean as possible...
