WHat is this Driver Active Touch Document Loader required.... Event msg?

I get this ERROR msg on my 2003 SErver. How did this entry get into the system in the first place and how can i get rid of this error?

This sounds like a user logging into terminal server session and it automatically tries to add their default printer.
This is a default behaviour of terminal server. Don't worry about it. If you want to stop it from happening you'll need to edit the GPO that the terminal server is on to stop it adding the users default printer.
