Exchange not starting on sbs 2003 machine after replacing the nic

After replacing the nic in a sbs 2003 machine reboot is taking one to two hours. And none of the exchange services are starting. DNS seems to be ok. The only change was the nic.

I was sure that it was about DNS, but after I saw the "The server holding the PDC role is down", i was suspected aboud the condition of Domain Controller.

dcdiag /test:knowsofroleholder /v was about that, and your output declared that there is no problem
Than I went on DNS again. stopping netlogon and starting it back recreated the SRV records of the PDC in _mcsd zone. and netdiag /fix corrected the SPN records of the PDC. If you ve deleted the CNAME s as i have mentioned in one of my previous posts, netdiag /fix was going to re-create the records with correct FQDNs.
